Partnership

Coffee Hours take place on the third Wednesday of every month. They are held at various locations in Morgantown from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. Businesses who sponsor coffee hour will get to choose their caterer and location. They will also be responsible for any promotional items they would like to provide. We will promote the businesses that sponsor coffee hour through a social media post after the event. They will also be promoted through partner members attending the event. If you are interested in sponsoring a coffee hour, please contact the chamber.

Weekly Newsletter

Along with being able to attend monthly coffee hours and luncheons, partner members will also receive our weekly newsletter. The newsletter is used to communicate with partners about upcoming chamber events. Partners can also use it to advertise their business and events to other partner members. To be on the email list for the newsletter, you have to pay your partnership dues and fill out a partnership application. Vendor Events

Every year, we have two vendor events. The first of these events is Spring Fling, usually in April. The second is Harvest on the Square, which usually takes place in late September or early October. Chamber partners do not have to pay a fee to set up at these events. Partner members also receive priority on vendor booth placement. As long as, the partner submits their application and makes the placement request before another partner.
